Nous avions

For Nous Avions, a short film exploring cultural expectations, generation gaps and unconditional love through the story of a Pakistani family who emigrated to Montreal, Brian created the original music score, sound design, foley, as well as mixed it for a large theater format.  Being involved in all aspects of the audio-post process allowed Brian create a defined sound vision; blending sound design techniques along with the music to create a evocative mood.

The short film by Stephane Moukarzel, was picked as one of Canada’s Top 10 Films of 2013 by TIFF, nominated for the Canadian Screen Awards and for the JUTRA, as Meilleur court métrage de fiction.
